PAYMENT POLICY

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to hold this booking. A credit card must be on file in order to book the limousine. Cash is acceptable on the night of the event in which case we will not process the credit card on file. Checks are not accepted on the night of the booking. A $150.00 fee is charged for all returned deposit checks. Checks for deposits must be received at least 10 days before the booking date. Checks must be made out to Allpoints Corporate Express.

CANCELLATION POLITY

Cancellation fee are charged according to the following schedule: (in addition to the deposit)

MORE THAN SEVEN DAYS BEFORE 50% OF PROM PACKAGE
LESS THAN SEVEN DAY BEFORE 100% OF PROM PACKAGE

Allpoints Corporate Express reserves the right to cancel transportation due to ice, snow, or other extreme weather conditions that may pose a danger to its clients or chauffeurs. In case of cancellation all fees will be returned.

VEHICLE CLEAN UP CHARGES

Allpoints Corporate Express reserves the right to charge additional clean up fees for excessive spills or vomit. Any physical damage done to the vehicle by the group is the responsibility of the client and may result in an assessment for repair, replacement, labor, and lost business. The determination of excess is up to Allpoints Corporate Exress.

PARENTAL CONSENT

The student listed below and his/her guests have my permission to use the limousine indicated below for transportation during the indicated date for transportation to and from the prom including other locations as agreed between the responsible parent and Allpoints Corporate Express. The following rules will be enforced during the rental period.

No alcoholic beverages or illegal substances will be in or around the limousine or consumed by the passengers during the rental period.
The student who's name is below is responsible for the behavior of all of the guests in the limousine during the rental period.
The chauffeur has expressed permission to inspect any bags, back packs or other containers brought onboard by the guests.
The moon roof, if so equipped, may not be stood up in while the vehicle is under way.
The parent listed below must be available on the phone number supplied during the rental period.
The parent listed below will be responsible for the transportation of all limousine passengers if the contract is voided due to non compliance with this agreement.
Termination of this agreement will occur if in the opinion of the chauffeur there is a serious safety problem or the conditions of this agreement are violated.
